| 1. What is a Payday advance? |
A payday advance is a cash advance made on a person's next paycheck.

| 2. How does a Payday advance work? |
After approval, we will provide an agreement for signature that allows us to disburse the funds to you and a authorization form for signature that allows us to electronically debit your bank account for the amount provided to you plus the fee charged for the transaction.

| 5. How much money can I get? |
California State law regulates the maximum advance amount available to each consumer. At the present, that amount is $300.00, including the fee.

| 6. How much is the fee? |
Here at Cash 4 Checks, we do not charge a $10 set-up fee and our rate is a low 15% of the advance amount. Most payday advance providers charge what California Law has set the fee at, up to 15% of the check amount plus an additional first-time set-up fee of $10.00.

| 7. How long does it take to get an advance? |
That depends on you and your needs. If the entire transaction is done here, at our web site, the funds will generally be in your account within 24 hours. If you choose to visit one of our locations listed under "Locations" on this web site, you could leave the store with CASH in about 30 minutes providing you have the required documents and arrive at the store with time for us to process. IF you choose to print out the application available on this site and fax it with the other required documents to us - we will process it and have the funds available for approved applicants when they arrive (most often) at their nearest location.
If your application is received before 3:30PM on Monday-Thursday, your funds will be deposited into your account by the next business day. If it is received after 3:30pm, it will be treated as received on the next business day and therefore will not be deposited until 2 business days later. If your application is received after 3:30PM on Friday or on Saturday or Sunday, it will be treated as being received on Monday.

| 8. What do I need to qualify for a Payday advance? |
You must:
- be at least 18 years of age.
- have been on your present job for at least 3 months.
- have a gross income of at least $800 per month or at least $300.00 per month in SSA, SSI or SSDI direct deposit benefits.
- an active personal checking account for the past 3 months and in good standing with no more than two NSF's.

| 9. What if I have a bankruptcy, bad credit or no credit? |
All you need is to be able meet the above qualifications, produce the documentation as shown below and assure us by agreeing to the terms of the transaction agreement and we will be most happy to extend our services to you. We want to believe and trust our clients!

| 10. What documentation will I need? |
You must be able to produce:
- Your most recent payroll stub (or proof of income if other than payroll).
- Your most recent bank checking account statement.
- Your current I.D. or Drivers License.
- Your most recent telephone bill. (a utility bill will suffice in some cases)
- A check on your bank checking account no more than 30 days old.

| 11. How does Cash 4 Checks decide how much I qualify for? |
Since we are not a loan Company, Lending Institution or Bank, nor do we perform credit checks on our customers, the amount of the advance is determined by your net income, length of time on the job, length of time at your residence and the ability to verify your submitted information.

| 12. How are the fees I pay determined? |
We charge the same fee to everyone. Our flat rate of 15% is all inclusive, No setup fee, No paperwork fee, No transaction fee, No application fee or any other fee, unless we are forced to charge a Non Sufficient Funds (NSF) fee of $15.00 because your advance repayment was refused by your bank.

| 13. How do I repay the Payday advance? |
The entire amount of the advance, plus fee will be deducted from your bank account electronically on the agreed upon date of your next payroll or benefit date.

| 14. What do you mean "Electronically"? |
We use a method referred to as "ACH" (Automatic Clearing House) to move funds in (unless you choose to pick the funds up at one of our locations) or out of your account just as banks do.

| 15. How many Payday advances can I have? |
We are governed by the laws of the State of California. No one qualified person can have more than $300.00 in advances outstanding at any one time. Example; you could take out a $100.00 advance and then two days later take out an additional $200.00 advance. However, both would be due on the same date, your next payroll or benefit date. Again, this law applies to each qualified individual.

| 16. Can the due date of the Payday advance be extended? |
Again, we are controlled by the laws of the State of California. By law, Payday advance's can not be "Extended" or "Rolled Over". However, the moment your advance is paid, we are able to issue a new agreement and authorization creating a new Payroll advance.

| 17. What happens if I am unable to pay as agreed? |

Yes! Absolutely safe! Cash 4 Checks Privacy policies, procedures and personnel training are very strict and designed to keep the respect and confidentiality of it's clients.
